I’m Joe Slota, author of From the Streets to Global Seats, a hybrid memoir and leadership blueprint grounded in lived experience, not theory.
I spent decades leading and advising within Fortune 50 organizations and global pharmaceutical companies, including senior executive roles and my time at Deloitte Consulting LLP. Throughout that work I remained grounded in family, balance, and values.

It began in the streets of Jersey City, shaped by guardianship, discipline, and consequence, and carried through decades of global leadership, consulting, and advisory work across Fortune environments.
